In our Lived Experience side of the forum this month we are celebrating @Lise07 for their amazing month of contributions- sharing some helpful tips, particularly in Topic Tuesday here and further discussions here

In our Carers forum we are celebrating @Former-Member for her bringing some laughter and comical relief in sharing jokes here - sometimes when things are tough sharing some laughs can just help, even if just for a moment!

PS- if you ever feel like sharing something you would like to celebrate for yourself or shouting out a celebration to another member, check out the Thumbs up Thursday- Woohoo thread!

Lived Experience Forum:

One thing to remember is you are only human. You will make mistakes and you will fail. It's hard, harder for some, easier for others. But just remember that with every failure you are improving yourself. - said by @Meterpreter here

Carers Forum:

I also find that by researching myself (medications his on, therapy approaches he takes part in) helps him open up more as well. If he knows and trusts that I am taking a interest in what he is doing he feels more supported. - said by @Mrsjones  here
