@MDT Wow you are very motivated. Well done you ♥️ I am waiting for a new physiotherapy clinic called Kieser Physiotherapy to open up. They have a machine that can measure which muscles are weak and need strengthening. Then I will get a workout plan for their specialised equipment that will directly target where needed. They said it is due to be opened in October. I did hear an ad on the radio this morning saying that the clinic will be opening soon. I am really keen to start these exercises, as my back issues have reduced my quality of life immensely. I just hope that my depression doesn't stop me from going. That is what usually happens. I get depressed, and my life just pretty much stops. .

@Cuddlebear  I have been resting (which is what I do most days) which has given me plenty of time to update my information and what coins I have purchased, and what are the next coins that I will be looking for. This keeps my mind very busy, which stops me thinking about my past. Because of medication issues, I have struggled to stay on top of my collection. So it is now up to date. Yay
