Yeah, going to footy. Supposed to be shit weather, but second last home game of the season, so should go...as long as we don't lose!!!

had a nightmare per nap today, not been sleeping well.cough come back again too. Maddening.maybe I might go to shop and get newspapers. maybe. guess have been worse re soreness, sometimes in past have struggled to get in and out of car lol @StuF 

Got call from DVA re referall fm dietician. they are sending me to a counsellor,not even a psych.Great. that was a bit of a let down.said will try it. got 3 visits .wont want anymore think. got sent to counsellor once before on medicare. they had no clue. i couldnt wait to get out of there and never went back lol
