i was up til 6am the other nite.. didn't take my pill xos i felt tired and doc says it's ok to skip one.. yeah that didn't work.

I can drink one and go straight to sleep tho

prob to do with heart issues

i have heard a few people mention that coffee makes them sleepy! @TAB my mum used to say that drinking milk before bed made her sleepy... but it did nothing for me lol

@rav3n it can be like that for adhd. i pretty much quit most caffeine a while ago except for tea.

@plasmo ohhh yep, that would make sense! i do like tea - not sure if it's a placebo effect but it does make me feel calm.

@plasmo  I had sore legs, but did short walk, then day after as well,should have left it few days Hindsight 20/20 guess
