..4 things I can touch:

my sheepskin, which is soft and fluffy, and warm🙂

my carpet with my feet, which is textured and like a foot massage 🌺

my blanket I keep on my couch, which is thick and fluffy🙂

and my warm cup wrapped in my hands 🙂

Haha @Fluttershy1 🤭 I used to keep axolotls and they used to make a proper mess! 😁

my phone which has a hard case but has a smooth feeling

 

my weighted teddy which is giving me Deep pressure therapy and is very soft and cuddly

 

my socks that are keeping my feet cosy. 

my hair which is falling out of my bun.

ok, 3 things I hear:

I can hear the air moving from my fan, because the fan itself is silent🌺

I can hear a faint rustling of gum trees in a slow breeze behind the back fence outside the window 🙂

and I can hear very faint soft music from my computer 🌺
