what my pdoc said to me ....

I have to stop sitting still and move. I have to be brave that I have a life to live other than the one that I have been living for so many years. That when I was sick every pore, vessel etc of my being was consumed by the psychosis that there was nobody in a similar position who would have been able to have not done what I did. She asked me why do I continue to sit still? I said because it is what I know .... it is a known quantity. She said no one is in jail .... she knows what I did ..... it was criminal insanity. There is the word for it. She says stay on the medications particularly the purple pill as it keeps my moods in check that is really important. I will try .....

Sorry to have not jumped in sooner @greenpea

It sounds like this was a really tough space to be sitting in, but you supported yourself by remembering your pdoc's words and that you would continue to try.

I imagine were you are at has changed since then, and I don't want to pull you back to that space, but thinking of you and your resilience Smiley Happy

Re: what my pdoc said to me ....

@Tortoiseshell  Hi Tortoiseshell thank you for your kind and caring words. I am ok little by little I am moving forward. It is hard but I am with the support of my family and carers around me particularly my support workers.  I was taken to the ocean on Tuesday. It was wonderful myself and my carer sat on a rock surrounded by bush land without a soul in sight. It was perfect. I could feel my soul move inside my chest ..... instead of being a tight ball it was loosened a bit.

I have to also say that I would be lost without the forums I cannot express how much they mean to me. Thank you again Love peaxxx
