did you all clear cache & cookies before trying again?
does closing all tabs and trying again help? (this one worked for me, i had to close everything and open a fresh tab)

just asking those questions so we get more info to pass down to the team.

Thanks for the tip @rav3n, I will definitely try it and see how it goes. The support button worked for me for most of yesterday but it's back to it's naughty tricks again so I shall try the cache clearing. ❤️

already did cache, did restart, ok closed windows no, no difference @rav3n  up until this recent issue , I still had to click on support , wait, then reload page . that would work first couple times

it's been playing up for me too, but it's now starting to work on my end. i know it's super frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience - we have escalated the situation so we'll get back to you all when there's an update

@rav3n hey lovely, I did the cache clear and rebooted but the support button is worse than a cheap bra - absolutely no support at all.

In the grand scheme of things I am just grateful to be able to post! Thanks again to you and @tyme, I know it's frustrating when technology spits the dummy.

re 'starting to work' I thought that a few times, as sometimes over last few days it would work @rav3n  then go back to how it was before.
