Even when life is tough, there is still good. Even if it’s small, or big, we tend to forget about it why our brains are clogged with the bad. 

Celebrate that raise, openly talk about how that positively effects Your life. How finally something good has come your way. 

We are aloud to be excited and happy about our achievements why at the same time experiencing loss and trauma! 

Im happy and proud of how far I have come from all of this. We don’t need to hide the postive amongst the bad ❤️
