Emergency Responses

The fires in South Australia yesterday have caused loss of life and injury for people and animals. I hope all forumites who may live in the areas are safe.

This got me to thinking though what steps and mesaures people have in place in case of an emergency inr egards medication, support, fleeing to safety and safe house situations.

Our daily lives are a struggle, and coping with an emergency is a huge thing for any one. Do we all have a 'safety plan'? Or could we potentially think about what we might need to have packed and ready to assist ourselves in such a situation.

Thoughts are with all in the fire zones today. It is going to be the hottest summer on record, making a plan now may save huge anxiety and lives later.
