Have you seen the "7 types of rest" Topic Tuesday on tomorrow?

Hello wonderful carers, family and friends,

I just wanted to share a link to this Topic Tuesday which is running tomorrow. I thought it might be useful to learn about the different types of rest we need as humans. As carers, the different types of rest mean we can broaden our self-care tool-kit. After reading the article in the TT post, I've got some ideas for quick rest which I'm keen to try!

You can slick "support" on the post I've linked and you can get tagged when it starts. You can also read back another time too.

Thought I'd tag a few of you just in case @Shaz51 @Determined @Faith-and-Hope @maddison @JustinSane @ExhaustedCarer @outlander @Krishna @Leeanne @Mumsy21 @tired_sisyphus
