"O" is for organized. 

Get a calender and write down all your appointments- times and dates. Display the calendar where you can see it every day- maybe in the kitchen? Write in the days on which bills are due. Cross them off once they are paid.

Use you phone to set an alarm on the days where you need a reminder- like when you are seeing your G.P. Set reminders for when you are catching up with friends, too. Give yourself plenty of time to get ready.

Delete all the unwanted emails in your inbox! Smiley Wink It makes it so much easier to find things when you need them. 

Have a small diary that you can keep in your hand-bag so it is always with you. Take notes when you need to. Smiley Happy Being organized reduces anxiety and stress.
