World Mental Health Day 2023

I want to acknowledge those with lived experiences on WMHD2023. You are not alone and know you can reach out for support. I encourage you to practice some self-care today and have a yarn if you are up to it. Today is a day to remember though things get hard, it is only ever temporary. Feelings come and go and can be managed. Our experiences make us and shape us and we learn from our mistakes. What will you do to celebrate WMHD2023?

I managed a short trip into nature to restore balance and get grounded.
