Re: Having multiple diagnoses

Yes, thanks @Former-Member, I sort of understand that I had a psychologist once tell me that I probably have a dissociation disorder I constantly feel like I'm present but not in control of what I do or say.  Other times feel like I'm in a dream and what's happening isn't real or there is gaps in what happened or what I did

Re: Having multiple diagnoses

@Define_normal  Hi i am sorry you are struggling to find answers i didnt have a proper diagnosis until about 2-3 years ago before it was just we dont know it is complicated so took them about 18 years to get anywhere.

@Former-Member  that is perfectly fine and a good discription i do actually have both but forgot the other ones name it is very uncomfortable at times.

Re: Having multiple diagnoses

I am really having a hard time managing everything especially with everything going on and I keep trying to look for options for help but the options keep getting smaller and smaller and I really am not sure what to do long term. This shouldn’t be this difficult. Idk I am just so tired and it is so hard.
