How have you been?

I went to the Over 50's Aerobics Fitness Class this morning - even though I don't want to admit that I'm over 50.

It's all women, they are quite happy to have a man in their class (doing it).

Lovely people, it's motivating to go there (do it) - even it's so fast, that I cannot keep up with their complicated moves (I get left behind a bit).
