Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Well, I have the phone in my hands @outlander. And I saw your notification. I won't be here long as I'm starting to drift off to sleep. I'm alright lil one. What about you?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

just glad to see you @Sans911 even if it is only briefly.

ive fallen back into some really unhealthy coping strategies but trying to get myself back on track.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Oh sweet pea, I'm sorry to hear that @outlander. You can overcome all that. Just start with a single step again. Big hugs from your big Sis

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Thanks sis, i could use a few of those hugs @Sans911

i went nearly a year without SH but now its back with a vengeance again so have to start back at the bottom and try and work my way back up again.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

You're not starting at the bottom lil Sis @outlander. You stumbled but that hole isn't as deep as the ones before. So you can get back up again a little easier. Be kind to yourself sweetie. You are so loved my angel. And you are strong, wise and brave.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

It’s hard to believe in those qualities @Sans911 but thank you. I can only try 🌟💜
