Re: Good Morning!

Hi @Glisten.

My giant Tonka trucks are going ok. I’m on light duties so not so much driving. But the bonus is that there is no nightshifts! It’ll be interesting to see how my mood and sleep go!

Jett is in a lot of pain so I’ve just given him some pain relief. I’m hoping he is ok.

Pix is just being Pix.

How are you?

Re: Good Morning!

@Captain24  Capitán isn’t there a number of scientific studies on Circadian rhythm and health?

How long will it take for Jett to recover from the op?

I had a lost day. Cross it off. Start again tomorrow.

3 weeks, 32 files. Last two files remaining and my income tax.

Re: Good Morning!

It takes 16 weeks but I’m going to be in hospital for three of them and I have a dog sitter. @Glisten I’m hoping she will help me out with his walking a little.

Yes. Nightshift causes a lot of damage. Sleep, mental, weight, health.

2 to go is fantastic. If today’s a write off then that’s ok. Tomorrow will be here soon.

My alarm is going to go off at 4:30 so I’m going to head to bed. I hope tomorrow works out for you.

Goodnight

Re: Good Morning!
