Re: Good Morning!

Hello @Stout

Which state are you in ?

Have you thought about just living like in. Timetable like -

7:30 am         get up shower

7:45 am         coffee

8 am.             Get dressed

8.30 am         read newspaper

And so on until bed ?

This helps me when the stress hits me hard.

We are all here for you....

Hi @TAB

Yes, I do that routine. And then after that I do chores around the place, like bills, admin, and the usuals

Re: Good Morning!

Re: Good Morning!

Whats your website launch @Glisten is it a business endeavour of yours or a blog?

Re: Good Morning!

Thanks for your support @TAB and @PeppyPatti .

At the moment I start the day real early. I've just got in, and about to rest. How bout you?

Re: Good Morning!

yeah, it varies w me @Stout  if cant sleep I get up then go and nap later on .so was up at 5am , but back in bed at 8 am lol

Re: Good Morning!

@TAB I've never done things that way. Unless I have the flu or something I mostly manage ten or so hours before I'm needing the quiet of the couch. Then I eat some followed by sleep. Like now. So I'll sign out now.

Be well.
