Re: Good Morning!

@Adge @Oaktree Not the weather forecast I wanted to read.

I haven’t done a hard gym workout in a week.

I need a get an espresso and go hard in the gym today or anxiety will be peaking, if I leave skip the gym for another week.

Re: Good Morning!

Did you get out to the gym @Glisten? I'm just back from another walk. Would love to do a gym but walking seems to be working. Possibly need weights to build muscle. I feel so sorry for all you guys in WA with that hot weather. It must be incredibly testing @Adge @Oaktree @The-red-centaur

Re: Good Morning!

@Bill16  re WA  @Glisten

Re: Good Morning!

Yep @TAB That was a shame you had to leave WA for SA.

I used to think of you being in WA - Not anymore.

Now you're much further off...

Re: Good Morning!

I do Yoga Classes at Stirling LC's for similar reason @Glisten Apart from the fact that I just love Yoga.

It's really good for my flexibility, lowers my anxiety, & I'm highly motivated to do it.
