sweet @avant-garde I am so sorry you were feeling this way. It's a hard road to travel with mental health issues without having people treat you so unkindly.

You're in my prayers darling heart, if I had my way I would take those awful people to task and make them stop being so difficult.  

You are such an amazing and resilient person, it breaks my heart when I hear you are so vulnerable. I am sending virtual hugs, hot beverages and muffins your way 🫂

How are you my wonderful friend? Been up to much? How is our darling little Peanut going?
And how are you going?

I am feeling a little better today, although I am still having shoulder pain. The frustrating part is that it is both shoulders and if I lay the wrong way in bed the pain is breath-taking. In a bad way. I've got some nice strong pain tablets that my GP prescribed but I think I am going to have to make an appointment to see what's up. As it is I already have arthritis in my fingers, I never realised how painful getting old is!

How is Mr Rocker these days?
