Re: Good Morning!

@avant-garde yes the approximate time frame messes with me.

It's very anxiety provoking, not really what I wanted to read today 😕

Re: Good Morning!

@Dreamy

Makes two of us, with school holidays too and already losing bits of my usual activities

Re: Good Morning!

@avant-garde @Dreamy I am right there with you in this.

Re: Good Morning!

@avant-garde yes school holidays isn't helping the situation. Its a stressful time for me and now knowing that this space is going to be limited is really upsetting me.

Re: Good Morning!

@MissinTooth yes cos you and I also chat after these times when we are having a rough time.

Re: Good Morning!

@Dreamy we do!

Re: Good Morning!

@Dreamy @MissinTooth

We have a couple of days to plan.

What skills can we use to cope through this.

I mean we can still post, it just won't appear until morning.

We could do hourly updates of how we're feeling if we're awake.

It is 6 hours each night.

Each hour is therefore 16.66%

I know this helps me

Is there any "special" self soothing things we can do?

Re: Good Morning!

@avant-garde I appreciate the problem solving...

Check ins in the morning, maybe?

We could use the grounding exercise posted in the Wednesday thread?...we can post it, but it won't appear until in the morning

Re: Good Morning!

@MissinTooth

Oh I like that idea!

@Dreamy

Re: Good Morning!

@avant-garde @MissinTooth i like all of these ideas. I like the idea of the posts each hour or when we are awake just to update how we are going or sending thoughts/hugs to one another. The grounding exercise is also a good idea and that one the other day i found helpful. Definitely check in's in the morning aswell I reckon.

As for self care things to get through that's where it's struggle to think and actually implement anything.
