Yes I actually did sleep, only woke up once and that was just to go to the bathroom. 

 

The first sermon yesterday was hard, because he described my reality, what it's like to be scared for your life. 

The second sermon was brilliant because it was all about judgement and how the sinful will suffer in hell

Hospital appointment today, about 30 minutes

I was discharged from the respiratory physiotherapist and permitted to exercise again
