Re: Morning Check-in

@NightFury my stomach has been in knots and I keep finding myself tensing my muscles especially in my face and shoulders.

Re: Morning Check-in

@Dreamy sitting with you.

Re: Morning Check-in

@NightFury sitting with you too sweet ❤️

Re: Morning Check-in

@Dreamy

I was hit with a nightmarish flashback this morning that made me feel like vomiting

I had a surprise inspection this morning that I thought was next week

The app I used for my loyalty cards decided to not tell me it was being discontinued and updated today only to tell me it's discontinued

Re: Morning Check-in

@avant-garde oh my sweet, that's so rough. So sorry to hear.

The surprise inspection would have been horrible.

Sounds like a bit of a tough day all round.

Re: Morning Check-in

Goodnight my beautiful friends @avant-garde @NightFury, I hope you both have restful nights and I look forward to being able to check in tomorrow morning. Hugs to you both ❤️

Re: Morning Check-in

@Dreamy @NightFury

Goodnight, will check in with you both in the morning 💜

Re: Morning Check-in

@avant-garde @Dreamy it's 3 am, only had a couple of hours of sleep. I've just woken up from a nightmare in a panic...

I feel like I'm all alone over here in the dark.

I'm going to do a breathing exercise on Smiling Minds to try and regulate my breathing.

Re: Morning Check-in

@avant-garde it's stolen our last posts here again.

Re: Morning Check-in

Morning @NightFury, I'm sorry you woke up in a panic after a nightmare. I hope you managed to get a bit more sleep.

You are never alone, we are here with you ❤️

How did you go with the breathing exercise?
