plus few comforts like ceiling fans, a/c's and big wood fires also fire pit out side Bill and make a pool to lie in in summer w shadecloth over the top plus full garage w hoists , stands, trolley jack, $2000 tool kit just for cars andget like 4 Dobermanns to look after place, just leave doors open w dogs inside ..lol

got one dobie @ fridge  making sure Stuf doesnt get any sly beers ok plus a few kegs on the go 24/7 just have temperite on bedside table lolo 

after a while get the feel of it and pour self a nice cold middie w eyes still shut @Bill16
