..I wouldnt disagree with diagnosis, but news to me.seems pretty legit so far on google

yes, is legit, have appt w them now @plasmo  yeh I should stay up if get after 4am

.. I know daylight savings now, but hard to get much done if still not showered and half dressed at computer at acouple mins to12pm lol

Got Dr's appt in 2hrs,too late for a nap dammit, feel like need 2hours  @plasmo  oh well, shower and coffee

only23here but over 40% humidity and sun has a bite to it,so yeah , nah re walk here,phps pre -dawn tomorrow 2hrs to dr , showered, clean threads, so  wont be like all weird and smelly and dress like broke into op shop for clothes, just weird etc and not smelly @plasmo  lol

im wearing $4 king gee op shop shorts.. i look for specials but gotta try not to do chocolate bar crawl where you buy one from coles then woolworths.

i gotta see if i can put my shoes on and walk
