Nice @plasmo  what did you have ?

I had big ideas of uber eats etc when went away . All got too hard. Ate bag of fruchocs in room the got given couple small cold chops lol. Did get servo toastie, also cheese kransky and garlic balls another time tho

local pub does pizzas that look alright, but only ever hear they had them after the fact. have to keep ontop of fb @plasmo  had first real one in a long time ok since january bout a month ago, cant eat frozen supermkt ones anymore lol

yeah used to have good ones every week but other friend started working nights so we only go to pub

I guess it's an outing @plasmo  but could get good ones at pizza place or on uber eats etc. Trying another nap here. Still a bit ghostly

yeh I went to Whyalla had stress, plus lots driving and gym last week was 1 daybetween visits first time ever . legs all achey sleeping seems to help, just going with it

think tv now then back to bed. Was like Tora Tora Tora here today w mobility scooters everywhere all out at same time for some reason, could smell people got fires lit,then saw some biddy hacking at wood in back yard with small axe while still in gopher .. 

guess am not quite there yet .. @plasmo lol

yeah went out, still recovering. just did a bit in garden then went for a walk.

I changed a washer in tap @plasmo didnt go back to sleep. prob stay up couple more hours and crash again
