I just got a survey letter from a recent community health hospital service, I filled it out truthfully and it was not positive. My psychologist helped me reframe the damage they did. I was thinking I am worthless and why does this always happen to me, the reframe he was d#@khead and unfortunately it happens all the time. I feel I can let that go now. Interestingly the survey goes to Sydney not my local area.

I recently started adding turmeric to the grain-free cereal I make, now I get why turmeric lattes are popular
