Re: Sunday Coffee and Chat --- 5th October 2025

Love love love iced coffee.

Good stuff!

Do you have a,recipe?

When i worked i used to get a iced coffee from zaraffas drive through .

Often caramel iced coffee .

Sometimes just iced coffee.

Sometimes i had their fancy iced coffees with whipped cream.

Nowadays when i have iced coffee its with soy milk.

I probably havent had a iced coffee for a year or so .

I make hot coffee at home.

Hopefully start having iced ones more often too.

Sounds like nice momentoz in garden.

Enjoy!

Re: Sunday Coffee and Chat --- 5th October 2025

@Blackcloud How are you lovely? Cat videos are very cool and funny. They’re a great way to get our minds off other things too and help us relax!

Re: Sunday Coffee and Chat --- 5th October 2025

Hi @Cuddlebear I’m ok, just sipping my matcha red bean drink right now. Was gonna go out for a walk at the federation square/flinders park & hopefully I can finish that walk at around 1pm.

I have an exam in 2 days so not looking forward to that. It’s the main part of why I’m switching degrees & transferring unis. The uni I’m transferring to has more flexible courses and units to choose from than most unis that exist.

Re: Sunday Coffee and Chat --- 5th October 2025

How are you today @Cuddlebear ? 🤗

Re: Sunday Coffee and Chat --- 5th October 2025

@Blackcloud  Hello lovely how are you? I like your plan re studies. You know what you need best and you’ve done so well finding better suited courses.

The withdrawal and tapering continue to be brutal. I really hope I’m strong enough to survive this and that new medication will work.

Re: Sunday Coffee and Chat --- 5th October 2025

@Cuddlebear I hope the new medication will work for you too and that it'll allow you to be able to function properly again 🙏🏻❤️

Sending you hugs along the way my friend 🫂

I'm ok. Been attending a number of online events that occurred from last Saturday until tomorrow and it's been great to be able to attend these events since its good for me to connect with other neurokins (other autistic people) so its been a busy week for me.

Tomorrow is the big day for me cause I'll have the exam and then at 4pm I'll be having my 4th placement shift at lifeline.

I hope the IBS flare ups won't happen tomorrow 🤞🏼

Re: Sunday Coffee and Chat --- 5th October 2025

@Blackcloud all the best for your exam tomorrow, and I hope your IBS doesn't flare up too. Well done, 4th shift at Lifeline, what a wonderful achievement. How cool of you to volunteer your time like that!

Re: Sunday Coffee and Chat --- 5th October 2025

hi @ENKELI thank you, i hope the exam will go alright for tomorrow hehe 🙂 and aww thank you, I appreciate that my commitment to volunteering at lifeline is very much honoured by people like you guys here. I always do my best to ensure that I do what I can to support everyone I talk to during their tough times even when they're in crisis ❤️

I hope I can do more of this when time passes.
