@Gibbs I understand 100% as I've had similiar feelings, but I'm not at the same stage as you though. You know what your mind body and soul needs to do, so it's best you listen to it

Re: Tabaluga's

thanks @Meowmy  back was not good for walk, but still did it.

good point re herbal drink, if feel like eating am drinking water, should get apples, will tomorrow. had a shake, think will get another box. way cheaper than '000 $ injections just have to get used to it having lumps and being bit foul, Will think of it as medicine. trying to make clothes a little looser over like 3 days lol, prob still have to wear dift shirt , but all good.

will play some solitaire then see whats on tv

Re: Tabaluga's

@Meowmy  cool. An hour is fast. What did you have done?

Years ago, I got stuck at a Hairdresser’s salon for 5 hours.

I was going to walking out. But then I thought no. I’m going to make her finish this. She ended up not charging me.LOL

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB hey tabby, will drink whole flask of warm herbal drink and eat the fruits in it for dinner. Well done re shakes.

Re: Tabaluga's

@Glisten hey G, I had my hair roots tinted. The hair dresser was nice. He gave me a few biscuits ha ha
