That's sooooo old! I remember it as a kid! (Well, I sort of remember the theme song lol)

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB scones can be fickle. My mum is a really good cook but struggled with scones. I can make them though. Same with risotto. Ex friend tried several times and it was always a dog's breakfast. Chicken & Leek risotto is one of my signature dishes.

Gonna sound sexist here but I find men are better at cooking steak and chops. My bro hates cooking but does both perfectly.

If we have a Sane cook out you're in charge of the barbie!!

Re: Tabaluga's

@ENKELI i have a full on busy week and meant to have the inspection on Thursday but I've come to the realisation that it's simply not possible so I'm trying to work out how to deal with that situation.

Re: Tabaluga's

mum made scones every week of her married life. um I get slap dash  with things like that and end upnothing like should be @ENKELI  as for steak and chops.well if you cant cook a chop lol but steak bit more to it, prob made more effort. mum was brilliant cook , weak spots  bread, yeast and steak

Re: Tabaluga's

@PeppyPatti my mum has high end vinyl in her house, the classic black and white squares. She spent a lot on the vinyl and it still looks good 25+ years on.

I am not sure what I will use, the swatches I showed were just some ideas I was considering.

I have cork flooring in the kitchen and dining so something that doesn't clash with that.

It's kinda speckled.

Re: Tabaluga's

@PeppyPatti I used to be a Hugh Jackman fan but not so much anymore.

I did see him live in the Boy from Oz at Burswood. He's very talented.
