yeah dried out last few days @Bill16  just getting on it now. went to exercise physio again today. was pool again, which is good, but going nowhere in a hurry. going to do gym next week, plus try and throw in a few walks at home. Apart from that , not much. be interesting to see what things be like in 6mths re physio , ok or 12. hopefully half fit and can get back to work again. Friend has sold their gaf @ Pt Willunga , was tin shack bought for $2k in 1970. tarted it up a bit, added few things on, sold $1.3million. its a block back fm beach. like 5 mins walk and in the water lol, so they are looking at a place in the city like a big apartment in cbd . they said I can stay there if get trainer job. once say got accom in adelaide shouldnt be too hard to get job

am doing doubles in 260ml coke so bout the same 8-10% @Bill16 beam and coke in glass bottle on ice ..sweet ...

yeah I am using them as motivation. think that was the point,cos cant motivate myself. plus its nice to get something for nothing lol ie it doesnt cost me a cent lol. @Bill16

@Bill16 your brother is trying to outrun Paris with his Ovlov! Lol! My ex fiancé was a mechanic and he had names for most brands of vehicles. Lucky I'm not with him anymore, his name for Paris would have been Itsashitty! 

 

Sounds like you'll be have a cracker of a day tomorrow.

I am trying to work out how to pay $125 for medications with $58..how selfish of my brain to decide it wants to be known as Depressed with a side of anxiety and BPD2 as an appetiser. And for dessert there's the $50 HRT that is not on PBS and my health insurance doesn't deem it necessary for me to get a rebate.

 

Sorry, just venting, am heading off to take the mother to the vet shortly. She likes someone to hold her hand in case she doesn't understand what the doctor is telling her.
