@TAB  interesting you say that re 300 a month. my ex was on it lost weight but when he went off it he has put it all back on and as you say and more. he hated it cauz he could never get it chemists always running out of stock.

What time should I rock up for dinner? I love BBQ chook on fresh buns! I was at the shops earlier and another customer had a BBQ chicken, my mouth started watering at the smell of it. If I'd had the money I probably would have gone and bought one myself! There is something about the smell of cooked chook.

Hopefully the food will also make you feel better too.
