Thanks @Meowmy  can hear wind here too,just realised. off to shops shortly to get some healthy food to try and help with cannula tomorrow lol

then got to drink a gallon of water lol. will have coffee, water and dark chocolate before go there tomorrow lol oh and a can of coke. if that doesnt work, it's them not me lol
