Re: Tabaluga's

Hey @Glisten

Current group is a Mindfulness group - so meditation, chi gong, various mindfulness techniques. The facilitator that originally ran it was awesome, and my fellow patients were also great. But she left and we all dispersed. I joined a new group, new facilitator...she and they are lovely, but it lacks cohesion and direction. It's fine, but I feel I need to be doing more...

Thus I'm joining a Mood & Anxiety group. Longer check-ins and presumably CBT based group therapy. Hopefully a variety. I've done similar groups before; I've been doing groups for Years. Doesn't hurt to mix things up a little 🙂

Re: Tabaluga's

Thanks @Glisten

Worth a try

How are You doing anyway? Still trawling through stuffs?

Re: Tabaluga's

@StuF Yes I am still working through stuff.

I have emailed 32 files to the over 3 weeks.

I have two more files to prepare and email.

Then I’m going back through the other party’s disclosures.

I have too because there have been two occasions that the Paralegal missed something.

I only get to do this once.

I am done for today. I think it’s sauna and Stargate time lol.

Have you ever tried hypnotherapy?
