yeah laters @Bunniekins  dr and nurse whose hubby had same thing said normal moisturiser,that plain one stockings not strong enough to compress lumpy foot too much ok a little bit maybe

breathing , looking at certain things, doing certain things can help anxiety or just trying to distract yourself @Meowmy

main thing for me is they dont charge me personally re DVA system , its a bit scary tbh, the bill should go direct to DVA, if so, all good. I imagine they would have checked w them before making appt ???..

ie to see if getting paid ...

Yeah @Meowmy  - some people swear by the sound frequency thingys...not convinced myself. But hey, if they work for someone, they should go for it.
