well it was directed at me in person so much @Dreamy , but sounds like they've seen it before.

yeah, hearing you. slow and steady wins the race. if own would have increased exercise by 50%  and stopped already after exercising in pain then taken a month off probs. plus they have measured me and weighed. so there's no getting out of that.  done next to nothing so far just early days. main goal not to hurt myself atm . theory being if can exercise say 100x /year as opposed to 20 or whatever got to get more out of it or at least lose less

@TAB I'm sure they do see alot of people just give up. 

 

Slow and steady is definitely the way to go. Can be hard staying committed to things especially when it comes to exercise, i know I'm not great at it that's for sure. But I reckon you are giving yourself the best chance by doing the physio and trying to improve things for yourself. Keep at it and all the hard work will pay off 😊
