Give it a go it can't hurt to try.  Did read the soils are so depleted now compared to 1970's etc that you have to eat more to feel full nutritionally. Don't know if you could go organic or not. It costs me $55 including delivery a week to buy organic. I don't need to eat much on an organic diet. My traditional chinese medical doctor years ago told me years ago I would not require as much food and this is definitely reflected in my food budget today @TAB Anyway let me know how you go with your plan. My spagbol is on the stove. Will be ready soon

well, books in mail @SmilingGecko  I could not find it before . got it on amazon, they prob steal info that people are looking for the book and organised to get it reprinted

What's cracking cool friends @Meowmy @TAB @StuF  hope you are doing good,went out bush to an orchard and got two punnets of cherries,the cops were doing breatho's so I slid down a side street and evaded them

this was mate @Bill16  he thought was okay as breatho didnt work and they took him to hosp . was 0.24 

he doesnt talk to me anymore , prob blames me, .. dont be him .. lol hope he got 3mths in jail , okaycost him over $5000 with impound and lawyers fees and fines and lost licence 2 yearand has to do 3 more years w interlocker  ..just not worth it.....
