These kind messages are read -- I feel supported.

 

  • Yes he's on his own. Iv spent a while  - actually 20 years trying to smooth this past horror in my son's life. When I first joined Sane - he was in this excellent locked ward in Queensland for smoking pot. Iv felt extremely guilty.

But when I got support from my husband and from here - it's helped me shake it off- iv felt concerned about his mental health and I'm concerned for him. BUT - he has a mentor who sounds fantastic and a much older man who is in his same work space. 

 

Boundaries.

Time to care for me.

 

Hope I go on this trip to England Ireland and Scotland for 3 weeks.

@PeppyPatti you deserve to feel supported. 

 

Let others help him now and take that time for yourself. 

 

That trip sounds like it would be really good for you.
