I am alone @outlander  but Im waiting for Lifeline chat as I couldn’t get scbs

I took my meds ages ago but not even sleepy. I’m a bit sore.

Hopefully lifeline wont take to long @Eve7 i will still be here for you. Im not leaving mums till around 1130/12pm so im a looong way off sleep yet so will keep u company.

Lifeline wasn’t helpful. I might take more prn and try and sleep. @outlander

I know @Eve7 im much the same. Mh can be truley horrid sometimes.
Would you like a cuppa? It might help settle things enough to sleep?

I might try and get into bed. I don't know if I'll sleep as I'm really sore.

Aw @Eve7 i would come and tend to you if i could. I hope you can find an ok position to sleep in. Do you think you might need some medical care? I really wouldnt like you to get an infection again

Its been an uncomfortable and really stressful day plus an unexpected trigger to so things are just tough. My stomachs hurting again more then usual. I think the wraps i used had dairy in them or i over did my teas again. Its frustrating doesnt really feel like ill ever get it right.
