D will be home soon, she was at her father’s today. 

im looking forward to getting away with her for a few days. I think it will be good for us. Just hope I can hold it all together.

Yep up the blue mountains @Jynx  and doing a second hand book trail and some bush walks of course. 

D is indeed home and I got lotsa snuggles.

Sorry to jump in. 

I don’t know if you know but in the mountains is a dinosaur park that is interactive. I’ve never been there but I think D would love it. Plus apparently the Scenic railway is spectacular. Just make sure you pack warm as it’ll be pretty cold. The mountains always are even in summer. I hate driving through there

D had a birthday party today. In his time it’s up to him to be organised and all that jazz. Didn’t take her to buy a present 😩🤦🏼‍♀️ when she came home and told me my heart sank for D… embarrassed for her and then my blood started to boil! So angry at him. He has always been bloody stingy but this is an all time low. F¥€£!!! 🤬

thanks @Captain24  ill have a look. We are doing scenic world. I wanted to go up to jenolin caves but they are closed. She would have loved the caved.

@Bow noooo poor thing, that is so rough. Like, social development at her age is SO IMPORTANT hey!! Are you able to message the parents or something, maybe she could take a little gift to her friend another day? Show her that whilst mistakes can be made (I know, generous to describe his lack of care as a mistake, but I digress), we can always do things to make up for it!!

Yeah I was thinking of sending the mum a message and dropping something off later @Jynx   Poor D on an already highly emotional week saying goodbye to her school friends. 

Haha… Dino fan Jynx???? D use to love them, not sure where she is at now, BUT there is a new Jurassic park movie coming out shortly….. so maybe?!

I done 3 loads of washing this morning. Cleaned up around the place a bit. Now I’m building Lego and watching a movie. 

think I read you were doing a Kmart run last night??? Whatcha get???
