Of course, I am here with you. @Bow
I can't even begin to imagine how dysregulating this would feel... is there one small thing you could do to create even 1% more safety in your body right now? 💗

I think I’m gonna go turf my daughter out of my room and send her to bed @AuntGlow and then crawl into bed myself and watch something on tv. I don’t know what yet. Any suggestions? What do you like to watch? Or maybe I should watch something familiar? I don’t know

Aw, bless. How does she react when she has to go to her own room? @Bow
When I feel this way, I like familiar and funny - what comes to mind for you? I find sitcoms are generally less triggering. Although I just finished Ginny and Georgia, which is more of a dramatic comedy, and it's sooo good! Have you seen it?

She complains a little @AuntGlow  but it was bed time anyways. She was going to do a little bit of drawing in bed before going to sleep.
yes I have watched Ginny and Georgia. It’s good.
I decided to put chucky on. Season 2 just came out which I started a few days ago. I remember watching it as a kid.

I am curious to know if you ever find her to be grounding for you? @Bow
Ah, Chucky!! Good choice. I didn't realise there was a TV series version, so cool! What do you enjoy about it?

Oh yep I will often go throw myself on her… in a gentle give me a bear hug kind of way @AuntGlow @it helps. Her and I are going away together for a few days next week, recharge, reconnect, quality time together.
chucky… I don’t know. I like me a bit of horror, thriller. And I like to see how they do it compared to the originals in the 90’s. Nostalgic I guess.

CHUCKY! That is the scariest! I'm so scarred from that. As a kid, I didn't realise it was scary so I watched it and freaked out...
I remember the fear in me, and even to this day, I woudn't go back to it @Bow

That sounds so lovely - what kind of environment will you be in? 🥰 @Bow
Mmm, nostalgia can be very grounding, so I like this choice for you.
I am finishing soon, but shall we chat more tomorrow? ☺️✨
