There have been heaps of change so the hours you’ve put in have been put to good use. We’ve enhanced the hubs, added additional spaces, merged the carer forum, listened to feedback about changing the community guidelines which have now been co-designed by the community, added an events section, ensured there are regular events, made changes to allowing the community to see who is online.

It’s also important to remember that we had to drip feed the changes to the community so the changes didn’t happen overnight. We gave plenty of warning, provided dates and updates about each change.
Sometimes, when change happens slowly, they are less noticeable and impactful - which was also feedback from the forums community that they wanted the changes to have least impact, especially if they were feeling vulnerable.
So yes, we have listened and we have heard.
The feedback may also be carried over to the next step of design, so watch this space.
There was also a long consultation process in the form of a closed hub so that all changes were in consultation with the community.
