I told my ex to move out and struggling with guilt

Hey again, just an update - I finally had to decide (his therapist put the pressure on to make a final decision as I have been on and off for past 4 years) if I wanted to stay with my ex or not, we have been living together for the last 6 months and it has been a negative relationship for me which has been draining emotionally. He leaves in 2-3 days and I am also very fearful of being alone again without family or friends but I’m ready also to embrace this chapter. His mum was so mean to me on the phone but they just don’t understand what I have gone through and they have not reached out to me once to see how I am going managing my ex and his disability needs, I also have autism adhd and am trying to focus on myself mainly. Healing codependent wounds and reassurance addiction.

hope everyone is have a nice day

What a hard decision to have made @Coco-star it's completely understandable to be hesitant about the change, but it's great to hear that you're ready for the next chapter, I hope the community here can be a part of it 🙂

I don't think you have anything to be guilty about as such. Also, how come you don't have any family or friends?
