Thanks sis xox
That emoji is pretty good isnt it! Im glad to hear your energy levels are improving abit too. I dont know how people can sleep in the day time. Except with the higher med dose i cant sleep in the day at all even if the rooms dark etc. Even when ive been sick i cant sleep in the day.
It sounds like a more chilled day for you whichll be nice. I have another busy day which includea kids in the morning, then waiting for someone to pick up some items ive got up for free, then off to another appt that ive been putting off but i need to do some follow up stuff (which includes aome tests later on but need them to get ahold of the specialist aince the number they gave me doesnt work , then pops drs, then catching up with a client whose back from holidays to give her things back and then someones coming to look at my car-unfortunatley i have to sell this one too. ๐ i was suppose to fit paddock cleaning in there too but my hand/arm is way to sore and gone weak to do that so ill have to give it a day or so. In other words ive got a busy day lol. @Sans911

Good morning @Sans911 @Snowie @outlander @Appleblossom
@Sans911 I really feel for you with what you're going through. My adult child is having bilateral 'top' surgery in August for different reasons but I am seeing how intense a time it is preparing for it. I will go down to stay with them and do post-op support. I hope you have good support for during your recovery, and that the whole thing goes smoothly for you.
Sending warm wishes to you all for a good day.

To start with I'm not sure i should be putting this here or starting a new thread but I am having a challenge to my mental health today. 3 nights without sleep and I'm feeling like I'm going a bit crazy ๐คช. Have fallen back on old coping mechanisms and my partner was hugely triggered by me doing so and told me I am a loser and will never change. I want to say what my coping mechanisms mean but I'm still a bit unsure about what I can say here because of guidelines. Anyway suffice to say, I feel like I am exactly what she is saying. I have been really trying to work on and become what it means to be a man and a good partner in this day and age and I am obviously failing miserably. ๐คฏ๐ช

Hi @Battlemouse71 It sounds like you're having a pretty difficult time. Do you have support people or therapists you can reach out to in your life? Hoping you've had some sleep since your last post and that you have found some support here in the forums. @Ali11 Do you have any suggestions for Battlemouse71? Wondering whether it would be good to start a new thread with the above post?
