@MissGremlin  How’s your day gone? I’m glad Caspar and you enjoyed your walk. 

It’s finally cooled down in Melbourne which I’m personally glad about. 

I’ve had a long day. Feeling vulnerable and I had a big cry which was good as I needed it … Hating this tapering. New med for hypertension is also having some side effects none of which are pleasant. But apparently they will subside in time.

@Cuddlebear my day has been ok. A new phone update has frustrated me today amongst some other things.

Awww hugs sweet, glad the cry helped ❤️. That tapering is so rough and a new med on top of that which is giving you sidee effects, it's horrible for you. I hope it's all over soon and things settle and the meds work ❤️.
