Hello @Glisten my sweet, these ones in particular I really needed to hear myself today ❤️

How are you going beautiful?

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

@Mustang67 You’re giving us the Thought Food.

One of the most important things our brains 🧠 do is identify patterns 🙌🏼

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

Thankyou @Mustang67 ❤️. I'll probably be a little quiet today, I'm exhausted and feeling very fragile so I'm just resting today.

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

@Dreamy, I thought I was hanging by a thread. But then I read your post and then your response to me. It filled me with strength, joy and energy.

To know that we, despite everything life throws at us, are here for each other and that is the most powerful energy imaginable 🤗

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

That's great @Mustang67 I think the quotes are really helpful as we all need reminders to be kind to ourselves! I'd like to post funny posts but don't know how to do it yet! I get them from Facebook, but I can't paste them from there. I think I have to download them first. I'll find a way one day! 😁
