Hi how's work ? Trying to stay indoors today over here in Perth ... 

I'm panicking a lot today - 

This is ridiculous - whenever I see my mum I'm just a mess for days ---- 

It's actually comforting because my therapist says to be in touch every feeling that goes through me.

hey @PeppyPatti sending you hugs 💜 i like that quote your therapist mentioned, i sometimes struggle to be in touch with every feeling, good or bad. but i guess, if we don't 'feel' the feeling, we're just pushing it aside for another day, right? are you keen on some boxing day shopping?
