Re: Best Friends Club

Hi all,

I don't know what the topic of conversation is but sticking my head in here because...distractions.

Hope everyone is going okay.

Re: Best Friends Club

Re: Best Friends Club

@lonemushroom I worked, after work I tackled my washing pile, did some study and I've just gotten off of a zoom class.

I hope so @Shaz51!!

@MissinTooth I spot your head popping in right before I go popping out!! lol

@lonemushroom aww wish it was easier for all to access nature, it's so important!! Often hidden behind accessibility barriers like needing a car and a bunch of time off.

Does that mean you also have a lush garden wherever you live?

Catch y'all tomorrow also, as I am about to pop off! Night besties, pick these threads up next time! 💜

@Shaz51

Thanks for checking in. I'm ok. Just never been through this intensity before. Seeing a new psychologist now so I'm hoping things start improving.

How are you?

Seeing a new psychologist now so I'm hoping things start improving. ---- hope so too @Ed1975

have you had your first appointment with her/ him yet ?

Re: Best Friends Club

@Shaz51

Yes, first appointment with her was on Tuesday. We already started exercises. She wants to start addressing traumas immediately. I got through more with her in 30 minutes than I did with previous psychologist in 4 hours.
