I'm freaking about going to Tafe 4 days per week yet I have a piece of paper from A doctor that may get me out of it ........to make it only 3 days per week ......maybe.....

My son is doing supermarket shopping for dinner.... I am flat on my back.... Sometimes we just need to rest.

Meal prep is a thing ... I keep it low key and teaching him how to keep healthy food flow through the house and our bodies with the least stress.
