I finally have a phone that actually works again which is a relief, so being on here is heaps easier now. when my brain is working enough to scroll through things that is 😅

I’ve also started doing the guided recovery program recently

Thanks for the birthday wishes @lonemushroom, I'm doing amazing, I woke to an email with amazing news, I won't go into detail as it involves an abduction of a loved one overseas and the relevant authorities.

Glad to see you back here and good on you for starting the guided recovery program.
