Re: Good Morning

@Gremlin24 on Friday my lawyer warned me that I would have an adrenaline low.

I did not realise how much and how long, I had been pushing myself.

Physically, I feel like I’m moving slowly.

Having time to think and consider.

My point is adjusting to a new normal, can be difficult.

It could also be that the temperature dropped by 15*degrees. Dunno

As @Meowmy says “Life is hard.”
Now if we could just get some rain 🌧️ for the paddocks.

Re: Good Morning

@Glisten having to go through court takes so much out of you, I've spent years going through them and it's so incredibly draining. You don't realise how hard you have to fight and how much you push yourself until after the fact.

Be gentle with yourself and take some time to recover.

Life is definitely hard and I'm not sure it's a matter of adjusting to a new normal. It's just that things are so all over the place and I'm trying to work out which way is even up.

Anyway today is hot here and I don't want to move from my bed. So here i lay with tears streaming down my face, soaking my pillow, my mind an absolute mess and I'm just not sure of what happens next.

Hope everyone has a good day, but if someone can hit the fast forward button so I can make it through that would be great. Today someone else can hold that hope and light for me, cos today I'm just not feeling it.

Re: Good Morning

Hey @Gremlin24 of course I can hold that hope for you. I'll keep it going until you're ready to take it on again ❤️

Re: Good Morning

Thankyou @Ru-bee. I'm hoping the day gets better but right now it's just blah and I'm full of emotions.
